The Ugly (2025)

Dong-hwan, who has taken over his blind artisan father Yeong-gyu's seal engraving workshop, convinces him to feature in a documentary highlighting his remarkable journey as a master craftsman who has triumphed over his disability. However, the filming takes a surprising twist when the remains of their wife and mother are found after four decades. As Dong-hwan digs into hidden family secrets, he also uncovers the tale of a woman whose identity has been erased from public memory and who is remembered only as an "ugly monster."
