Inferno (2025)

Inspired by real events, the film centers on Mathilde Cordier, a young detective from the Criminal Investigation Division, who has a background marked by abuse. After an intervention goes wrong, she is dismissed from her position. When a young girl vanishes under suspicious circumstances, Mathilde takes matters into her own hands, operating outside official channels to uncover the truth. Her investigation leads her to François Renard, a man with a turbulent and violent history who insists he has reformed. As Mathilde delves deeper into the case, she descends into a world of darkness, confronting the most sinister facets of human nature.
