House Mates (2025)

Karthick and Anu fall deeply in love, tie the knot, and purchase an old apartment to call their own. Soon after moving in, they begin experiencing a series of mysterious and unsettling events within the house. Determined to uncover the truth, they investigate and eventually discover the real cause behind these strange happenings. In the end, they decide to relinquish the property back to its original owner, Ramesh, restoring peace to the space.
